Job summary

Clarest Health OHIO, LLC is hiring an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician for our Euclid, OH long-term care pharmacy. This is an on-site, 3rd shift role with a pay rate of $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus shift differential.

You will enter prescriptions into Framework and DocuTrack, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with pharmacists and care facilities. Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED and active Ohio Pharmacy Technician registration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescriptions swiftly and accurately into the Framework and DocuTrack pharmacy systems.
• Perform order entry and follow-up with urgency and timeliness.
• Troubleshoot prescription and patient data entry discrepancies.
• Ensure prescription and patient information is input accurately and on time.
• Communicate with customers by phone, providing quick and courteous responses.
• Collaborate with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
