Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room, nights, with a full-time schedule (72 hours per pay period). This onsite role offers a night shift incentive program and a pay range of $38.91–$60.31 per hour, depending on experience.

The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with an active RN license and BLS certification. Prior OR experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• State RN licensure.
• 6 months OR RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship.
• BLS certification required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Perioperative, PACU or OR settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Model precepting for new staff or learners in the OR.
• Support evidence-based practice and safety at the point of care.
