You will supervise and assist with orientation and training of staff, promote a safe environment, and help with room turnover while complying with infection control policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• CST certification or equivalent credential preferred.
• NTSC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates surgeon needs and informs circulating nurse.
• Assembles supplies, equipment, and medications for procedures.
• Maintains aseptic technique and adheres to infection control practices.
• Supervises and orients staff as needed; supports patient safety.
• Completes room turnover efficiently and coordinates with team.
