Job summary

Doctors Medical Center of Modesto is seeking an Operating Room Technician to support the OR team during night shifts in Labor & Delivery. You will assist the RN/MD, provide basic care within scope and participate in perioperative tasks under supervision.

The role requires completion of an OR technician training program or equivalent military/hospital training, plus at least one year of acute care and OR/OB experience, and good English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal OR Technician training program, or participation in hospital-based OR Technician training.
• Minimum one year experience in an acute care setting and OR/OB experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist RN/MD in the Operating Room as an OR Technician.
• Provide high-quality basic care activities within the scope of practice under supervision.
• Consult with Clinical Manager and Department Director as necessary.
