Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room at St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, VA. Shift is Monday-Thursday, 8:45 PM - 7:15 AM.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. You will deliver patient care via the nursing process, coordinate care with the health team, and provide patient teaching and advocacy. Qualifications include an RN license, BLS preferred, and an Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice is required.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process with data collection and assessment.
• Coordinate and direct patient teaching and care with health team members.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; ensure safe medication administration.
