Job summary

Wieland is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Pine Hall, NC. The technician will perform installation, maintenance and repair of various manufacturing systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components, while adhering to safety SOPs.

The role requires 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with SAP/CMMS. Night shift duties apply and on-site work is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience or equivalent with technical training or degree.
• Demonstrated safety knowledge and positive safety behaviors.
• Knowledge of reliability centered maintenance and ability to support investigations and mitigation plans.
• Pro-Active and Predictive Maintenance knowledge desired.
• Experience with precision maintenance techniques and predictive maintenance technologies.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily installation, maintenance, service, and repair of manufacturing systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Maintains central and auxiliary systems, and water treatment systems using test instruments.
• Inspects equipment operation, identifies trouble, and documents activities in CMMS.
• Provides feedback to planners and supervisors to improve procedures and part availability.
• Trains operators and production staff on maintenance procedures and safety.
• Completes scheduled checks and repairs safely and accurately, following SOPs.
