• Train one-on-one or in groups while maintaining production flow.
• Collaborate with team leads to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Produce cable harness and CCA assemblies when not training.
• Maintain safety, quality, and Lean initiatives.
• Keep training records and report learnings weekly.
