Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with health-care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform point-of-care testing as required.
• Manage documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support discharge planning and patient-family education.
