Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled RN for Labor and Delivery to work a 13‑week assignment on the night shift. The role requires extensive L&D experience, including postpartum care, with a focus on high‑risk pregnancies and neonatal care.

The RN will administer medications, monitor fetal status, support breastfeeding, and participate in discharge planning. Active RN license and certifications (ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP) are required, with Epic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license required.
• ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP required.
• Minimum 2 years of full labor and delivery experience, including postpartum.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Every other weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to healthy and acutely ill childbearing women, including high‑risk cases.
• Assist with labor and delivery, postpartum and neonatal care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Support breastfeeding and discharge planning with patients and families.
• Maintain sterile, safe environments and follow emergency protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient support and care management.
