Job summary

Haverhill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN or LPN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee the 11:00PM-7:00AM shift and ensure high-quality resident care. You will train staff, lead the nursing team, administer medications, document orders, and monitor resident conditions.

The role requires an MA-licensed RN or LPN with at least 1 year of supervisory experience and strong leadership abilities in a fast-paced setting. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in MA.
• Minimum 1 year of RN/LPN supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of nursing policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift and move residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Department Head to train staff and maintain compliance with mandates.
• Lead Nursing Supervisor for department staff on process, supply, and team needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Transcribe, document, and implement physician orders.
• Collect data to assist in nursing assessments during each shift.
• Provide daily shift reports to CNAs before the shift begins.
