Job summary

Green County is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Pleasant View Nursing Home to lead the PM shift nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. The role requires coordinating care plans, reporting to the DON, and participating in surveys and quality assurance activities while maintaining resident safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or diploma in nursing.
• Wisconsin RN license is required.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing activities on the Night shift and assign tasks.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a positive working environment.
• Prepare reports for quality assurance and government agencies as required.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges with relevant teams.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
