Qualifications

• Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physicians office preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Nurse Assistant assists with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Maintains a safe environment and adheres to patient safety protocols.
• Supports the care team in the Med Surg/Telemetry unit and follows unit guidelines.
