Job summary

Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Nurse Assistant for the Med Surg/Telemetry department. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living and basic nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.

The ideal candidate will hold a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate, have BLS within 30 days of hire, and possess knowledge of medical terminology, with preference for at least six months of acute care or physician's office experience.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate on hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months of acute care hospital or physician's office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and basic nursing care.
• Maintain a safe environment under RN supervision in Med Surg/Telemetry.
