Job summary

Catholic Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant for Mercy Hospital of Buffalo to work nights with weekend and holiday rotation. The role supports non-acutely ill patients under RN supervision, performing daily living activities and basic care.

Hours are 7:00pm–7:15am with full-time status and 0.94 FTE. Education includes High School/GED and BLS within six months of hire. No prior experience required. Safety and patient well-being are emphasized throughout the unit.

Qualifications

• Assist patients with activities of daily living as directed by nursing staff.
• Provide basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients under supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report changes to RN in charge.

Responsibilities
