Job summary

Advocate Trinity Hospital is seeking a dedicated CNA for a full-time night shift. You will work three 12-hour shifts weekly, with mandatory every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday coverage, starting at 7:00 PM and ending at 7:30 AM.

The role supports RN staff with daily patient care, documentation in EMR, and timely response to call lights, contributing to safe patient outcomes and high-quality ward operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and other data.
• Document in EMR and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Ensure patient calls are answered and supplies are managed.
