Job summary

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide certification required within 4 months of start date.
• BLS certification within 90 days of start date.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes and direct patient care under licensed nurses.
• Observe patient condition and report changes promptly to the nurse.
• Provide basic care and assist with transportation and transfers, following physician orders.
