Job summary

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide certification or eligibility as required by ND Board of Health.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the plan of care for patients based on individual needs.
• Perform direct patient care activities under nurse supervision, including admissions and discharge processes.
• Take basic patient data such as vital signs and report to supervising nurses.
• Identify early signs of health status deviations and document observations as required.
• Communicate patient symptoms and pain reports promptly per SOP.
