Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital is seeking a Nurse Assistant to support non-acute patients, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, clean environment under RN supervision.

The role requires strong communication, reliable teamwork, and the ability to respond to changes in patient status. Night shifts are 1800–0600, with some weekend work, offering growth within a patient-centered team.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Mansioni

• Provide basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients within the nursing attendant's scope of practice.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment under supervision of an RN.
• Notify licensed personnel of patient pain or changes in status.
• Demonstrate effective communication with RN, unit staff, and physicians.
• Document care per shift and hospital standards.
• Night Shift: 1800-0600 including some weekends.
