Qualifications

• 1 year of satisfactory full-time experience in simple patient care under supervision
• Current NYS Certified Nursing Assistant certification may substitute for the required experience
• 55 B/C program eligibility considered; provide eligibility letter

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient hygiene and daily living activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding as directed
• Record patient intake, vitals, and outputs per protocol
• Operate basic patient monitoring and treatment devices under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas
