• Experience as a Supervisor of Nurses preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing regimens for patients.
• Schedule, assign, guide, and instruct nursing personnel in nursing activities.
• Identify and discriminate between physical and psycho-social signs and symptoms.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate nursing regimens for assigned patients.
• Record and maintain nursing care plans and progress notes.
• Interpret and report patient responses to health team members.
• Participate in planning comprehensive patient care programs with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide teaching, guidance, and direction to allied nursing personnel.
• Maintain and interpret standards of nursing practice.
• Participate in departmental and interdisciplinary conferences regarding nursing policies.
