Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Supervises nursing staff and coordinates patient care during evening/night shifts.
• Oversees admission dispositions and nursing resources availability.
• Ensures safety, policy adherence and quality improvement in the Nursing Division.
• Communicates effectively with leadership and staff to manage operations.
