Job summary

RYZE West is seeking an Overnight Nurse Supervisor to lead resident care during overnight hours, ensuring high-quality clinical services and regulatory compliance. This role serves as a clinical resource, promoting safety and a supportive environment for residents.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, perform nursing assessments, and ensure changes in patient condition are communicated to physicians, families, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a long-term care nurse with supervisory experience
• Must hold an Illinois RN license and be in good standing
• Strong leadership and clear communication in high-stress overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care on assigned units during overnight shifts
• Ensure timely incident reporting to Administrator and Director of Nursing
• Mentor overnight nursing staff and participate in committees as directed
