Job summary

Four Corners Community Behavioral Health, INC. is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our medical team for part-time/PRN overnight shifts at our Receiving Center. The team includes therapists, prescribers, case managers and support staff to coordinate care.

Responsibilities include health screening, medication management and nursing assessments. Starting pay varies by licensure: LPN $27.55/hr and RN $31.93/hr, with Saturday/Sunday night differential of

Qualifications

• Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in Utah.
• Experience with overnight/PRN scheduling is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical health screenings and nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and coordinate care with medical and mental health staff.
• Take vitals, perform blood draws, and support care coordination.
• Work overnight shifts as part of Receiving Center team.
