Anna Maria of Aurora is hiring full-time LPNs and RNs for a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift in Aurora, OH. Schedule: three days per week with every other weekend rotation.

Competitive pay with up to $36/hour for LPNs and up to $42/hour for RNs, reflecting licensure and experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and support STNA team members.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment.
• Assist with staff orientation and training.
