• Nursing school graduate.
• Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and the unit/department.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care in inpatient/observation settings under supervision.
• Assesses patients’ needs and revises care plans accordingly.
• Communicates with medical staff and supports the interdisciplinary team.
• Documents patient care in a timely, accurate manner.
• Demonstrates compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.
