Job summary

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license in Missouri.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Skilled nursing, nursing home, or long-term care experience preferred.
Strong communication, clinical documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, high-quality nursing care per physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes in health status.
Administer medications and treatments within the nursing scope.
Monitor vital signs and document assessments and care accurately.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support individual care needs.
Follow procedures for medication administration, narcotic counts, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and care team.
Document changes in residents' conditions and health indicators.
