Rock Creek Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN) for the Monte Vista, CO location. This full-time night-shift role offers competitive pay and excellent benefits as part of a supportive clinical team dedicated to high-quality resident care.

Qualifying candidates include Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with current Colorado licenses. CPR preferred; long-term care experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Colorado RN or LPN license in good standing (or compact state license).
• CPR certification preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care during the night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident outcomes.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
• Respond professionally to resident, family, and staff concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
