Job summary

MSTS is seeking a Night Shift Operations Supervisor to lead critical night shift activities at the PULSE Complex at the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS). You will coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and safety teams to sustain operations and address issues promptly.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with nuclear facility operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of related, progressively responsible experience.
• Experience in nuclear facility management or nuclear maintenance preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interface with maintenance, construction, and engineering personnel to ensure the PULSE Complex is available during night shifts.
• Ensure Surveillances and In-Service Inspections are completed within due dates.
• Represent the facility at Plan-of-the-Day and scheduling meetings and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with National Laboratories to de-conflict project operations and maintenance activities.
• Direct Operations Technicians and ensure daily assignments are communicated and completed safely.
• Assist with safety inspections and emergency drills as required.
