Job summary

Humana Inc. and CenterWell Senior Primary Care are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to apply advanced clinical skills for acute and chronic conditions. The Nocturnist NP will diagnose, treat, and manage patient care, prescribe medications, and provide health promotion across shifts.

The role involves on-call coverage by phone, collaboration with executives for functional strategies, and working within a TB screening program. Schedule is 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 PM–7 AM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in the relevant state.
• Role is patient-facing and participates in TB screening.
• Must be passionate about improving consumer experiences.
• Willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient care.
• Examine patients and diagnose illnesses.
• Advise executives on clinical strategies and use independent judgment under minimal supervision.
