Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC is seeking a Non-CDL Shuttle Driver at Gold Park Orlando to safely transport employees and customers between parking facilities and designated areas. This role emphasizes safety, exceptional service, and vehicle upkeep in accordance with company standards.

The position is entry-level with an education requirement of a high school diploma or GED, requires a valid driver's license and updated DOT medical clearance, and involves overnight schedules from 10:30 PM to 6:30

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license required.
DOT medical clearance and DPU certification required.
Must be able to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Maintain safety standards while transporting employees to designated areas.
Ensure the vehicle meets safety requirements and update maintenance schedule.
Follow all traffic signs and laws and maintain posted speed limits.
Ensure all passengers are authorized to board the Shuttle.
Maintain a set schedule to minimize delays.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly or escalate when needed.
Relay information concisely and professionally to managers and passengers, in person or via radio.
