Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Aurora, CO seeks a Neonatal ICU RN for night shifts. This onsite, PRN role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $35.29 to $54.71, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities include direct patient care in Women and Infants units, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to evidence-based practice and safety. RN license and BLS/NRP certifications required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• State RN license required.
• 6 months NICU Women and Infants nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship.
• NRP certification and BLS required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-of-scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Support evidence-based practice and patient safety at the point of care.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students in the clinical setting.
