Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Onsite role; no hybrid/remote option.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students as assigned.
• Maintain competency for Neonatal Care in a fast-paced environment.
