Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch NICU is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for night shifts. You will provide direct patient care in the NICU, using the nursing process and evidence-based practices while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires RN licensure, NICU experience (or UCHealth fellowship), and NRP/CPR certifications. On-site employment with a comprehensive benefits program and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or UCHealth fellowship completion.
• NRP and BLS/CPR certifications in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Model and precept others, supporting evidence-based practice.
