Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU at Texas Health Dallas. The role supports a fast-paced Level III NICU caring for newborns from 22 weeks and up, with a 7:00pm–7:00am shift and part-time hours.

You will work within a supportive team focused on high-quality neonatal care. Qualified candidates will have a nursing diploma or ADN, BSN preferred, and NICU experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ADN required; BSN preferred.
• One year of clinical nursing experience; NICU experience strongly preferred.
• RN license in good standing at hire.
• BCLS and NICU-specific trainings required within set timelines.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients using the Nursing Process.
• Assesses the patient and plans the care.
• Intervenes and evaluates outcomes.
• Maintains age-appropriate safety and infection control.
• Ensures continuity of care across shifts and transfers.
