The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse I (New Graduate) to join the 82-bed Level IV NICU at MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital.

Under general supervision, you will provide individualized care to neonates and families, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, and ensure safety during 3-12 hour night shifts. This role emphasizes neonatal care, respiratory and nutritional support and collaboration with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• RN licensure by SC Board of Nursing or a compact state.
• BLS certification required (AHA/Red Cross accepted).
• BSN preferred; enrolled within 2 years if hired with Associate/Diploma.
• New Graduate welcome; supervision provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients and families.
• Collaborate with health care team to achieve desired outcomes.
• Work 36 hours weekly on night shifts; 3-12 hour shifts.
