Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct bedside RN experience.
• Current AZ RN license or compact state with multistate privileges.
• National certification in area of specialty or willingness to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight clinical leadership in the NICU.
• Mentor bedside nurses and influence patient care at the bedside.
