Texas Health Resources is seeking a per diem RN for the NICU Level III at Texas Health Alliance in Fort Worth, TX. The role includes night shifts (7p–7a), with a minimum schedule of shifts per 6 weeks and holiday coverage. Requires RN licensure, ADN/ diploma, and BCLS; NRP/ NRPA and CPI training due within 90 days of hire.

Experience in NICU Level III preferred; 8-bed unit with CPAP, Vents, Jets, and potential float to Mother/Baby. PRN benefits available, including 401k and EAP.

Qualifikationen

• RN license required or eligible.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required prior to independent patient care.
• NRP and NRPA certification within 90 days of hire.
• CPI training maintained annually within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nurse experience or completion of RN residency.

• Maintain age-specific safety and infection control.
• Ensure continuity of care across shifts and transfers.
