Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet service standards.
• Mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain store operations by working alongside Team Members.
• Promote a positive store culture following Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
