Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while upholding operational standards.
• Mentor Team Members and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth store operations.
• Model Sheetz Performance Standards and foster a positive store culture.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-first approach.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment and follow regulatory guidelines.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
