Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize stores across your district, hopping between locations to drive performance, customer service, and teamwork.

Enjoy a fast-paced role with set schedules and every other weekend off, night shift differential of $1.50/hr for 10pm-6am, comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401k match, and stock ownership; travel locally to nearby stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Capable of multitasking and physical activity such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 20 lb; can lift up to 40 lb with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to team members while maintaining standards.
• Mentor and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the general manager.
• Work alongside team members to ensure smooth operations and consistency.
• Foster a positive, engaging store culture aligned with performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
