Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across multiple stores. You’ll lead teams, mentor staff, and travel locally to ensure top service and compliance. Enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment with set schedules, weekends off every other week, and opportunities to advance.

Line-level leadership, willingness to commute up to 30 miles, and a track record of teamwork are essential. Night differential of $1.50/hr is offered for 10pm–6am shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team.
• Ability to multitask and lift up to 40 pounds with assistance.
• Must be 18+ years old; Virginia may require 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Team Members while ensuring standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the GM.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
