Job summary

The Trinity Health–Mount Carmel system is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician for evening to overnight shifts in Columbus, OH. You will provide patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, performing essential tasks related to ADLs, vital signs, and basic procedures.

This part-time role covers rotating weekends and holidays across Mount Carmel hospitals. Work hours are 7:00 pm to 7:30 am EST, with a minimum 36 hours every 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of EKG and Phlebotomy courses and initial clinical competency on hire/transfer.
• Completion and maintenance of BLS healthcare provider training.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Keep assigned patient rooms stocked, cleaned, and orderly.
• Obtain vital signs including height, weight, blood glucose, and I&O.
• Perform EKG and phlebotomy as delegated by Staff RN.
• Document patient data accurately and completely.
• All other duties as assigned.
