Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System (Indiana) seeks a Full-time Multi-skilled Technician for the 12 Hour Night Shift, under RN supervision. You’ll perform basic patient care, assist with daily living activities, conduct EKGs and phlebotomy, and help maintain clean, stocked rooms.

Qualifications

• Education: high school level knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, and spell English.
• Experience in patient care or health-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care activities under RN supervision.
• Take blood glucose measurements and record intake/output.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform ordered EKGs and phlebotomy duties per policy.
• Keep patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.
• Attend in-services and participate in performance improvement activities.
