Job summary

M2S Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join the Iconex team in Morristown, TN. In this hands-on role, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support safe, reliable operations.

This 12-hour night shift position operates on a 2-2-3 schedule with 6:45 PM–7:00 AM hours, offering night differential and opportunities for growth, training, and career advancement within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs in a production environment.
• Willingness to work the assigned 2-2-3 overnight schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs, automation systems, AC/DC motors, servo motors, and drive systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment using electrical schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints.
• Maintain and repair facility systems, including boilers, compressors, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Fabricate, modify, and repair parts or equipment when needed.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues across shifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures.
• Work collaboratively with production and other maintenance team members to support reliable operations.
