Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a multi-craft maintenance technician for a manufacturing facility in Millington, TN. This night shift role operates on a 2-2-3 schedule (7pm-7:30am) with a 6 month contract to hire and a pay rate of $30-$35/hr depending on experience.

The technician will install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical and mechanical systems, interpret technical drawings, and work with production equipment, control systems, and conveyors to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a multi-craft maintenance technician in heavy manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and drawings to plan electrical/mechanical work.
• Install and maintain production equipment and conveyors.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and interpret technical drawings.
• Ensure safe work practices with 480/120-volt systems and lockout/tagout.
