Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a multi‑craft maintenance technician for a manufacturing facility in Millington, Tennessee. The role is on a night shift (2-2-3 schedule, 7pm–7:30am) with a 6‑month contract to hire. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, interpreting drawings, and ensuring safe operation of production equipment and conveyors. Benefits and overtime may apply as staffing levels change.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a multi-craft maintenance technician in heavy, industrial manufacturing.
• Proficient with a voltage meter for electrical testing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with industrial electrical and mechanical systems, controls, and conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and drawings to plan electrical and mechanical work.
• Install and service production equipment and conveyors.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose faults in 480/120‑V systems and repair electrical/mechanical issues.
• Maintain and use personal tools; complete daily work orders and reports.
• Support Fanuc robots, gas trains, furnaces, and dust collection where applicable.
• Follow lockout/tagout and plant safety rules during all tasks.
