Job summary

Responsibilities

• Start-up and operate equipment
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as necessary
• Follow all department instructions and procedures
• Visually inspect materials for defects
• Control scrap
• Count and record production as required
• Maintain daily housekeeping and cleanliness
• Follow ISO, environmental and safety procedures
• Perform mechanical work using hand/power tools
• Pack and secure materials for transport
• Work as part of a production team to meet targets and liaise with maintenance to minimize downtime
