American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Mother Baby/Post-Partum RN for a night shift in a high-volume acute care unit in Washington. The role requires BLS and NRP certs, an active WA/Compact RN license, and magnesium drip titration experience.

Responsibilities include caring for postpartum mothers and newborns, titrating drips, and collaborating with OBHG and NICU teams. EPIC and Centricity Perinatal are used for charting and EFM monitoring.

Qualifications

• Active RN license for WA or Compact state is required.
• BLS certification required.
• NRP certification required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Experience with newborn transition and post-delivery magnesium management.
• COVID vaccine required.
• Driver's license copy required for consideration.
• Two professional references from recent roles.

Responsibilities

• Care for postpartum mothers and newborns on a high-volume unit.
• Titrate magnesium drips and monitor for complications.
• Collaborate with OBHG providers and NICU APNs as part of the care team.
• Follow unit protocols; nurse float to L&D for newborn transition as needed.
• Utilize EPIC for charting and Centricity Perinatal for EFM monitoring.
• Work 12-hour night shifts with weekend/holiday requirements.
• On-call if census is low.
