Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state.
- BSN preferred.
- BLS certification within 30 days and kept current.
- NRP certification within 90 days and kept current.
- Basic fetal monitoring training within 60 days of hire and kept current.
Responsabilités
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
- Guide patient/family teaching and supervise nursing staff in the Birthplace.
- Respond quickly to changes in condition and treatment response.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients and visitors.
- Utilize chain of command to ensure newborn and maternal care during antepartum and postpartum.
