Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is seeking experienced diesel technicians for a night-shift role focused on mobile truck repair and trailer service across the metro area. You will diagnose and repair diesel engines, semi-trucks, and trailers at customer sites and maintain detailed service records.

The position requires your own tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass drug tests and DOT-related checks. A customer-first attitude and flexibility for 24/7 on-call rotations are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with diesel mechanic / truck technician repairs.
• Pass DOT physical and MVR checks where required.
• Ability to pass drug test and DOT drug program.
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, semi-trucks, and trailers.
• Service brake systems, electrical systems, suspension, lighting, tires, and diagnostics.
• Perform mobile truck repair and field service across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas.
• Maintain detailed records of parts, repairs, and service work.
